Maintain outdoor LED display in detail

In recent years, Outdoor Led Display has become the darling of outdoor media advertising. For commercial customers, effective maintenance can ensure that Outdoor Led screen runs steadily for a long time, thereby avoiding interference in daily use due to equipment failure. Following are some details that should be paid attention to in the use of collation.

1. switching sequence:
A: First turn on the control computer to make it work properly, then turn on the outdoor LED Display Screen.
B: First turn off the outdoor Led Display, then turn off the computer.
2. Replacement of special screws, pins and load-bearing beams should be made in time if breakage or other damage is found.
3. Periodically inspect whether the anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint on the surface of products and welded joints of steel structures is peeling off. If it is peeling off or rusting, it should be sprayed with anti-rust paint or anti-rust paste in time.
4. The power supply should be stable and the grounding protection should be good. Do not use it in bad natural conditions, especially in strong thunder and lightning weather. Check the reliability of lightning rod and grounding system regularly.
5. Check in rainy season to determine whether there is leakage.
6. Check regularly whether the power supply and signal lines are broken or bitten.
7. Check the product distribution system every six months.
8. Outdoor Led Display screen exposed to outdoor environment for a long time is liable to be contaminated with dust. Alcohol can be used to wipe, or brush, vacuum cleaner for dust removal, but can not be directly wiped with wet cloth;
9. Test the start, stop, brightness adjustment, program list and other functions one by one according to the automatic preset mode of large screen.
10. Outdoor LED display should rest more than 2 hours a day, and be used at least once a week in rainy season. Open the screen at least once a month and light it for more than 2 hours.
