According to the different surface treatment technology of
LED Display Screen, we can divide it into plug-in module, table-mounting module, sub-table-mounting module, three-in-one table-mounting module and three-in-one table-mounting module.
Plug-in module
It refers to the DIP encapsulated lamp which passes the lamp foot through the PCB board and fills the tin in the lamp hole by welding. The module made by this process is the plug module. The advantages are large angle of view, high brightness and good heat dissipation. The disadvantages are low pixel density.
Surface mount module
SMT, also known as SMT, solders the SMT encapsulated lamp on the surface of PCB board by welding process, the lamp foot does not need to pass through the PCB board, and the module made by this process is called SMT module. The advantages are: large perspective, soft display image, high pixel density, suitable for indoor viewing; the disadvantages are that the brightness is not high enough, and the lamp tube itself does not heat well.
Subsurface Mounting Module
It is a product between DIP and SMT. The packaging surface of LED lamp is the same as SMT, but its positive and negative pins are welded through PCB in production as DIP. Its advantages are high brightness, good display effect, and its disadvantages are complex process and difficult maintenance.
Three-in-one table sticker
It refers to encapsulating three different colours of LED wafers, R, G and B, in the same colloid. The advantages are: simple production, good display effect, and disadvantage: difficult spectrophotometry and high cost.
Three-in-one sticker
It refers to the vertical juxtaposition of three independent packaged SMT lamps, R, G and B, according to a certain distance, which not only has all the advantages of the three-in-one, but also solves all the disadvantages of the three-in-one.
From the above classification, we can see that different classification modules have their own advantages and disadvantages, so when we make the
Led Display screen, we should classify according to the actual application situation and the scene situation.
